"Little" Arthur King (February 23, 1927 — December 14, 2011) was a Canadian professional feather/light/ welter/middleweight boxer of the 1940s and 1950s who won the Canadian lightweight title, and British Empire lightweight title. Frank "Blinky" Palermo (January 26, 1905 – May 12, 1996) was an American organized crime figure and boxing promoter who surreptitiously owned prize fighters and Match fixing, fixed fights; he was best known for fixing the Jake LaMotta–Billy Fox (boxer), Billy Fox fight in 1947. An associate of the Philadelphia crime family, Palermo also ran Philadelphia's biggest numbers racket.
