Arroyo Sequit
Arroyo Sequit is a waterway that runs for about three miles in Ventura County and Los Angeles County in California, United States. Ventura and Los Angeles counties and drains into the Pacific Ocean. The Arroyo Sequit East Fork rises in Los Angeles County, southeast of Triunfo Pass and flows in general southwestward. The West Fork rises in Triunfo Pass two miles above the confluence and flows east of south. Below the forks the course of the creek is west of south to the point at which it enters the Pacific. Arroyo Sequit Park is a unit within the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, located at 34138 Mulholland Highway, inland from Malibu in southeastern Ventura County, California. The park is in the Santa Monica Mountains, and is managed by the National Park Service. The preserve includes a looping nature trail. The Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area is a United States national recreation area containing many individual parks and open space preserves, located primarily in the Santa Monica Mountains of Southern California. The SMMNRA is in the greater Los Angeles region, with two thirds of the parklands in northwest Los Angeles County, and the remaining third, including a Simi Hills extension, in southeastern Ventura County. Mulholland Highway

Santa Monica Mountains
The Santa Monica Mountains is a coastal mountain range in Southern California, next to the Pacific Ocean. It is part of the Transverse Ranges. God's Seat
God's Seat is a popular vista and rock formation in Malibu, California, Malibu, California, United States, about two miles east of Circle X Ranch in the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. God's Seat's name derives from its natural throne-like shape at the top of a thousand-foot cliff. It is well known locally for its scenic views of Lake Sherwood, California, Lake Sherwood, Sandstone Peak, the Conejo Valley and the Pacific Ocean. The formation is visible from Yerba Buena Road, about two miles north of Mulholland Highway along the Backbone Trail System, Backbone Trail. The Hells Angels, California Hells Angels were supposedly once common fixtures at the site, which they nicknamed ''Smoker's Perch''.
