Arroyo Naranjo, Cuba
Arroyo Naranjo is one of the 15 municipalities or boroughs ('' municipios'' in Spanish) in the city of Havana, Cuba. It became part of Havana city while the capital grew. The Managua Military Airport is located in the southern part of this municipality. History The borough was founded in 1845, and by 1848 its party was created. Arroyo Naranjo is situated south of Old Havana on the Havana-Las Vegas highway, having been a stop of buses that were doing the service between these two cities. In 1858 Arroyo Naranjo had 291 inhabitants, who were increasing in the period of the baths, for the proximity to the medicinal waters known by the ''Cacahual''. Arroyo Naranjo had always a progressive population. From 291 inhabitants of 1858, in 1871 the town had 1,485. Víbora Park
La Vibora (The Viper) is a steel bobsled roller coaster at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington, Texas, United States. History The ride's cars do not run on conventional tubular rails, but instead travel through a winding half-pipe trough that emulates the experience of riding a bobsled. In keeping with the Texas location the theme was changed from an alpine bobsled ride to a snake theme. The name La Vibora translated to English is The Viper. The coaster's life began at Six Flags Magic Mountain under the name Sarajevo Bobsleds, being named in honor of the 1984 olympics and the ride opened that same year. Boyeros
Boyeros ( es, oxherds) is one of the 15 municipalities or boroughs (''municipios'' in Spanish) in the city of Havana, Cuba. The municipality was created in 1976, and amalgamated the town of Santiago de Las Vegas. It lies on the south-west side of the city and includes José Martí International Airport. Bejucal
Bejucal is a municipality and town in the Mayabeque Province of Cuba. It was founded in 1713. It is well known as the terminal station of the first railroad built in Cuba and Latin America in 1837. It also hosts one of the most popular and traditional carnival fest in Cuba: "Charangas de Bejucal". Bejucal has also been known as a telecomunications site, hosting broadcasts of several news and media networks. It was also host to Soviet nuclear warheads during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Mayabeque Province
Mayabeque Province is one of two new provinces created from the former La Habana Province, whose creation was approved by the Cuban National Assembly on August 1, 2010, the other being Artemisa Province. The new provinces came in to existence on January 1, 2011. Overview Mayabeque is made up of the 11 eastern municipalities of the former La Habana province, with the capital in San José de las Lajas. Mayabeque Province is named after the Mayabeque River (the largest in this territory) as well as the south shore of Mayabeque beach, the place believed to be the original location of Havana village (San Cristóbal de La Habana) that was founded in 1514. San José de las Lajas is a municipality and the capital city of the newly formed Mayabeque Province of Cuba, after the segmentation of La Habana Province in 2011. It is located in the center north of the province, and is bisected by the Carretera Central. It was founded in 1778. Cotorro, or San Pedro del Cotorro, is one of the 15 municipalities (''municipios'' in Spanish) in the city of Havana, Cuba.
