Arnljot Norwich (29 December 1922, Harstad - 28 December 1994) was a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Troms in 1977, and was re-elected on two occasions. He had previously served in the position of deputy representative during the term 1973–1977. ( se, Hárstták) is the second-most populated municipality in Troms og Finnmark county, Norway. It is mostly located on the large island of Hinnøya. Troms
Troms (; se, Romsa; fkv, Tromssa; fi, Tromssa) is a former county in northern Norway. On 1 January 2020 it was merged with the neighboring Finnmark county to create the new Troms og Finnmark county. This merger is expected to be reversed by the government resulting from the 2021 Norwegian parliamentary election. It bordered Finnmark county to the northeast and Nordland county in the southwest.
