Ariake Urban Sports Park
is an outdoor sports facility located in the Ariake district of Kōtō, Tokyo and built for the 2020 Summer Olympics. The venue covers a total area of 97,000 m². The BMX, freestyle BMX and skateboard facility has a maximum capacity of 6,600, 5,000, and 7,000 spectators respectively. Ariake, Tokyo
is a district in Kōtō, Tokyo, Japan. It is best known as the region adjacent to and directly east of Odaiba. Ariake is subdivided into four Japanese addressing system, ''chome'' and comprises part of the Tokyo Bay Landfill No. 10 and Tokyo Rinkai Satellite City Center. Cycling At The 2020 Summer Olympics
The cycling competitions of the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo featured 22 events in five disciplines. Cycling competitions had been contested in every Summer Olympics programme since the first modern Olympiad in 1896 alongside athletics, artistic gymnastics, fencing and swimming. Since the 1896 contests which featured five track events and an 87 km road race from Athens to Marathon and back, Olympic cycling had gradually evolved to include women's competitions, mountain bike and BMX to arrive at the current 22 events.
