Archery At The 2015 Southeast Asian Games
Archery at the 2015 Southeast Asian Games was held at the Kallang Cricket Field, in Kallang, Singapore from 10 to 14 June 2015. Five competitions will be held in men, women and mixed's recurve and in men, women and mixed's compound. Haziq Kamaruddin
Haziq Kamaruddin (4 July 1993 – 14 May 2021) was a Malaysian sport archer. Personal life Haziq was born in Johor Bahru, Johor. A son of Kamaruddin Yusof, he studied at the University of Malaya. He married Shahira Abdul Halim and the couple has no children until his death. Sport career Haziq was a Malaysia's recurve men’s team archer and two-time Olympian who had competed the archery event in the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games. He also participated in World Archery Championships for four times from 2011 to 2017. Haziq also won gold medals at the 2011 Asian Archery Championships in Tehran, as well as the gold medal at the 2011 Asian Grand Prix in Laos and the bronze at the 2019 Asia Cup in the Philippines. Luis Gabriel Magdayao Moreno (born 28 May 1998) is a Filipino archer later actor who competed for the Philippines at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics. Competing with Li Jiaman of China, Moreno is the first representative of the Philippines to clinch a gold medal for a Mixed-NOC team in the Summer Youth Olympics. Muhammad Hanif Wijaya (born 22 November 1996) is an Indonesian competitive archer. He competed as a member of the Indonesian archery squad in major international tournaments, spanning the World Championships, Asian Championships, and the 2016 Summer Olympics. Jennifer Dy Chan (born January 16, 1965) is a Filipino archer who has competed for the Philippines at the 2000 Summer Olympics. She is a resident of Dumaguete. Education Chan attended the Silliman University where she obtained a bachelor's degree in general science. Career Silliman University physical education instructor and Philippine national archery coach, Dionisio Flores encouraged Chan to take up archery. Before then, Chan was more into basketball and tennis but was convinced since she was told that archery is a sport she could play by herself. Chan trained for eight months before participating at the National Open which gave her a chance to compete in the Southeast Asian Games. Ika Yuliana Rochmawati (born 2 July 1989) is an Indonesian archer. She competed in the individual recurve event at the 2008, 2012 and 2016 Olympics with the best result of ninth place in 2012. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing Rochmawati finished her ranking round with a total of 621 points.
