Aphromoo
Zaqueri Black (born September 8, 1992), better known by his in-game name Aphromoo, is an American professional ''League of Legends'' player who is the support for FlyQuest. Aphromoo won the 2018 Spring Split MVP award, the first time it had gone to a support player. Career Aphromoo played for a number of teams in the early years of professional ''League'' from 2011 to 2012. During this period, he also played the AD Carry bottom lane position. He still rarely subs over to this role, but switched to Support in 2013 when he joined Counter Logic Gaming (CLG), the team he would be closely identified with for a long time. Aphromoo played for CLG in the spring split of 2013 as well as from 2014 to 2017, during which he supported AD Carries Doublelift and later Stixxay. Counter Logic Gaming (CLG) is an American esports organization headquartered in Los Angeles, California. It was founded in April 2010 by George "HotshotGG" Georgallidis and Alexander "Vodoo" Beutel as a ''League of Legends'' team, and has since branched out into other games. The 2018 NA LCS season was the first year under partnership and sixth overall of the North American ''League of Legends'' Championship Series (NA LCS), a professional esports league for the MOBA PC game '' League of Legends''. It was divided into spring and summer splits, each consisting of a regular season and playoff stage. The top six teams from the regular season advanced to the playoff stage, with the top two teams receiving a bye to the semifinals. The three teams that qualified for the World Championship in 2018 were Team Liquid, 100 Thieves, and Cloud9. Team Curse, also known as Curse eSports, was a North American esports organization sponsored by Curse, Inc. and based in Los Angeles. FlyQuest is a professional esports organization based in the United States that was founded on January 6, 2017. It is owned by the Viola family, owners of the Florida Panthers. FlyQuest was originally founded after the acquisition of the ''League of Legends'' roster of Cloud9 Challenger, which was the sister team of the Cloud9 organization. Cloud9 Challenger qualified for the North American League Championship Series in August 2016, alongside the main Cloud9 roster. LCS rules forbid an organization from owning multiple teams in the same league, so the team was sold to Milwaukee Bucks co-owner Wesley Edens and Fortress Investment Group and rebranded to FlyQuest, with the team roster unchanged. It took place from March 4 to March 15, 2016, in Shanghai Oriental Sports Center, Pudong, Shanghai, China.
