Molde
Molde () is a town and municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Romsdal. It is located on the Romsdal Peninsula, surrounding the Fannefjord and Moldefjord. It is administered by the Norwegian Handball Federation, and the winners are recognized as Norwegian champions. It was established in 1968, and it is currently contested by thirteen teams. Larvik HK, which has dominated the competition in recent years, is the championship's most successful team with eighteen titles, followed by IL Vestar and Byåsen IL with nine and five respectively.
