Annette Lovemore
Annette Lovemore is a South African politician for the Democratic Alliance (South Africa), Democratic Alliance (DA), and the mayoral committee member (MMC) of infrastructure and engineering in the Nelson Mandela Bay coalition government that took office in 2016. She previously served as a DA Member of Parliament of South Africa, Parliament between 2009 and 2016. Early life Annette Lovemore was born on 20 December 1958. She graduated from Kimberly Girls' High School in 1975 and went on to receive her BSc at University of Cape Town in 1978. Political life Lovemore served as a councillor in the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality before being elected to Parliament in 2009. Mmusi Aloysias Maimane (born 6 June 1980) is a South African politician, businessman, and Leader of Build One South Africa, a political party. Maimane is also the former Leader of South Africa, South Africa's opposition Democratic Alliance (South Africa), Democratic Alliance (DA) political party from 10 May 2015 to 23 October 2019, and the former Leader of the Opposition (South Africa), Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly of South Africa from 29 May 2014 to 24 October 2019. Wilmot James
Wilmot Godfrey James (born 5 July 1953) is a South African academic who served as the country's opposition spokesperson of health and Member of Parliament for the opposition Democratic Alliance. His constituencies were Mitchells Plain and Rondebosch. He was elected the party's Federal Chairperson between 2010 and 2015. Dr. James contested for the post of party leader in 2016, but lost the election to Mmusi Maimane.
