Anna Kamenkova
Anna Semyonovna Kamenkova (russian: Анна Семёновна Каменкова; born April 27, 1953, Moscow, RSFSR, USSR) is a Soviet and Russian actress of theater, cinema and dubbing. Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1985). Biography Parents Olga Kamenkova-Pavlova and Semyon Gurevich taught Russian language and literature at school. When Ana was 9 years old, her mother died, and a great role was played by her older sister Olga. Her first role came at age 5 in 1959 in the film ''Girl Seeks Father'', for this role, she was awarded a special prize for best performance of the children's role in the Mar del Plata International Film Festival in 1960. After such a successful debut, she received new proposals for roles, but her parents decided that a film career would interrupt her studies. ''Prince Vladimir'' (russian: Кня́зь Влади́мир, Knyaz' Vladimir) is a 2006 Russian traditionally-animated feature film. It is loosely based on the story of prince Vladimir the Great, who converted Kievan Rus' to Christianity in the late 10th century. The film tells a romanticized version of the story, adapted for children and filled with fantasy elements. Plot The plot follows the events surrounding Vladimir from childhood and into adulthood. In the beginning of the film, there were three pagan princes who ruled ancient Rus': Vladimir of Novgorod, Oleg of Drelinia, and Yaropolk, under the guidance of the wise volkhvy priests. ''The Cat Who Walked by Herself'' (russian: Кошка, которая гуляла сама по себе, Koshka, kotoraya gulyala sama po sebe) is a 1988 Soviet animated feature film directed by Ideya Garanina and made at the Soyuzmultfilm studio. It is based on Rudyard Kipling's short story " The Cat that Walked by Himself". Like the earlier Soviet animated feature ''Adventures of Mowgli'', the film retains the dark, primal tone of Kipling's work. The production includes almost all types of animation technologies.
