Anita Chui
Anita Chui () is a Hong Kong-born actress and singer. Chui has acted in both local and international films, and is the author of two books. Her debut single, ''Get it Right'', was released in 2022. Early life Chui was born into a middle-class family in Hong Kong. She began study using the Kumon Method at the age of five, focusing on English and mathematics. Chui started piano lessons at the age of three, passing her Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) Grade 8 exam when she was 13. Her parents divorced when she was around 18. Education Chui completed her primary education at the York International Kindergarten and York English Primary School in Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong. Ketogenic Diet
The ketogenic diet is a high- fat, adequate-protein, low-carbohydrate dietary therapy that in conventional medicine is used mainly to treat hard-to-control (refractory) epilepsy in children. The diet forces the body to burn fats rather than carbohydrates. Normally carbohydrates in food are converted into glucose, which is then transported around the body and is important in fueling brain function. However, if only a little carbohydrate remains in the diet, the liver converts fat into fatty acids and ketone bodies, the latter passing into the brain and replacing glucose as an energy source.
