''Aniceto'' is a 2008 Argentine musical drama film directed by Leonardo Favio and starring Hernán PiquÃn. The film is a remake of '' El romance del Aniceto y la Francisca'', a 1967 drama film also directed by Favio. Both films are based on the short story ''El cenizo'' ("The Pigweed") by Zuhair Jury. Fuad Jorge Jury (28 May 1938 – 5 November 2012), better known by his stage name Leonardo Favio (), was an Argentine singer, actor and filmmaker. Hernán Javier PiquÃn (Los Polvorines, November 13 from 1973) is an Argentine dancer and choreographer. He was born in the city of Los Polvorines, in the northwest of Greater Buenos Aires, 33 km from the center of the Federal Capital. He attended the Higher Institute of Art of the Teatro Colón.
