Angel Morey Santiago served as Chief of Staff to Puerto Rico Governor Pedro Rosselló, from 1995 to 2001. He also served as Rosselló's third and last Secretary of State from 1999 to 2001, appointed after Norma Burgos resigned, following her nomination as candidate for Senator-at large. A businessman and lifelong personal friend of the Governor, he returned to the private sector after his six years stint in public service. Sello (Finnish for ''cello'') is a shopping mall in the Leppävaara, Espoo, Finland. The mall contains more than 170 shops and services including a concert hall and a library. The largest stores in the shopping center are Prisma, K-Citymarket, Power, Tokmanni, Halonen, H&M, and Intersport Megastore. The Sello is separated into three parts: the oldest part (finished in 2002), the second part (finished in 2005) and the newest part (finished in 2008). Pedro Rosselló
Pedro Juan Rosselló González, (; born April 5, 1944) is a Puerto Rican physician and politician who served as the governor of Puerto Rico from 1993 to 2001. He was President of the New Progressive Party from 1991 to 1999 and 2003 to 2008, and served as Senator for the District of Arecibo from 2005 to 2008. His son, Ricardo was also Governor of Puerto Rico from 2017 to 2019. In 1988 Rosselló ran for Resident Commissioner of Puerto Rico, but lost to Jaime Fuster in the 1988 elections. From 1990 to 1991 he successfully challenged former Governor and then-NPP President Carlos Romero Barceló for the NPP's presidency. He was thereafter elected Governor of Puerto Rico in 1992 and in 1996 was re-elected by the widest electoral margin up to that date. Norma E. Burgos Andújar (born October 30, 1954) is a Puerto Rican politician. She has been a member of the Senate of Puerto Rico since 2000. She also served as Lieutenant Governor and the 16th Secretary of State under Governor Pedro Rosselló (1995–1999).
