Maiah Wynne (born December 22, 1996) is an American singer-songwriter based in Gresham, Oregon. She is currently the lead singer in Envy of None, a project including former Rush guitarist Alex Lifeson. Life and career Maiah Wynne was born in Colorado and moved to Spokane, Washington, when she was young and her first song was composed at the age of seven. She spent her high school years in Missoula, Montana, where she started taking part in music competitions. After winning a few of them, she earned slots at the Upstream Music Fest, Timber Music Festival, Northwest Folklife and the KEXP public radio station. Her acting career brought her an invitation to perform at the Sundance Music Festival. Envy of None (abbreviated as EON) is a Canadian-American rock supergroup formed in 2021 by former Rush guitarist Alex Lifeson, along with bassist Andy Curran, vocalist Maiah Wynne, and guitarist and keyboardist Alfio Annibalini. Their self-titled studio album was released on April 8, 2022. History In June 2021, Lifeson released two new solo instrumental tracks, "Kabul Blues" and "Spy House", on his official website. Alex Lifeson
Aleksandar Živojinović, (born 27 August 1953), known professionally as Alex Lifeson (), is a Canadian musician, best known as the guitarist and backing vocalist of the progressive rock band Rush. In 1968, Lifeson co-founded the band that would later become Rush, with drummer John Rutsey and bassist and lead vocalist Jeff Jones. Jones was replaced by Geddy Lee a month later, and Rutsey was replaced by Neil Peart in 1974. Before the band was disbanded in 2018, Lifeson was the only continuous member who stayed in Rush since its inception, and along with bass guitarist/vocalist Geddy Lee, the only member to appear on all of the band's albums. ''The Brandon Sun'' is a Monday through Saturday newspaper printed in Brandon, Manitoba. It is the primary newspaper of record for western Manitoba and includes substantial political, crime, business and sports news. ''The Brandon Sun'' also publishes a weekly Westman This Week edition featuring local columns and events listings that is distributed free to the entire city. Anthem Records
Anthem Records is an independent record label based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The company was formed in May 1977 by Ray Danniels and Vic Wilson with initial recording artists Rush, Max Webster, Liverpool and A Foot in Coldwater. The three members of Rush, Geddy Lee, Neil Peart and Alex Lifeson became associate directors of Anthem. Background The label's predecessor was Moon Records. Anthem was formed so that Rush would have more control of their work at home in Canada (their international deal with Mercury Records initially included Canada), and so other Canadian bands would have a home, as they could not get signed by the major labels' offices in Toronto or Montreal.
