Andrew Turzilli
Andrew Turzilli (born October 13, 1991) is an American football wide receiver. He played college football at the University of Kansas before transferring to Rutgers. He was signed by the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent in 2015. High school career Turzilli attended Butler High School where he played both high school football as well as high school basketball. While playing football, he lettered for three seasons as a wide receiver and defensive back. After transferring to Butler as a junior he recorded 38 receptions for 685 yards and seven touchdowns in just five games. For that season he was named All-Conference. As a senior appeared in 12 games and recorded 54 receptions for 953 yards and 11 touchdowns. 2013 Kansas Jayhawks Football Team
The 2013 Kansas Jayhawks football team represented the University of Kansas in the 2013 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Jayhawks were led by second year head coach Charlie Weis and played their home games at Memorial Stadium. They were a member of the Big 12 Conference. On September 21, with a 13–10 win over Louisiana Tech, the Jayhawks ended a 22-game losing streak to FBS opponents. On November 16, the Jayhawks ended their 27 conference game losing streak with a 31–19 defeat of visiting West Virginia. The Big 12 Conference is a college athletic conference headquartered in Irving, Texas, USA. It consists of ten full-member universities. It is a member of Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) for all sports. Its football teams compete in the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS; formerly Division I-A), the higher of two levels of NCAA Division I football competition. Redshirt, in United States college athletics, is a delay or suspension of an athlete's participation in order to lengthen their period of eligibility. Typically, a student's athletic eligibility in a given sport is four seasons, aligning with the four years of academic classes typically required to earn a bachelor's degree at an American college or university. However, in a redshirt year, student athletes may attend classes at the college or university, practice with an athletic team, and "suit up" (wear a team uniform) for play – but they may compete in only a limited number of games (see " Use of status" section). The 2010 Kansas Jayhawks football team (variously "Kansas", "KU", or the "Jayhawks") represented the University of Kansas in the 2010 NCAA Division I FBS football season which was the school's 121st season. The Jayhawks played their home games on Kivisto Field at Memorial Stadium in Lawrence, Kansas. The team was led by first year head coach Turner Gill and was a member of the Big 12 Conference in the North Division.
