Richard Andrew Robinson OBE (born 3 April 1964) is an English rugby union coach and retired player. He was the director of rugby at Bristol until November 2016. He is the former head coach of Scotland and England. From September 2019 to December 2022, he was the head coach of the Romania's national rugby team. Robinson played as an openside flanker for Bath, England and the British & Irish Lions. Andrew Ernest Robinson (27 November 1893 – 13 May 1964) was a Canadian farmer, businessman and politician. Robinson was a Progressive Conservative party member of the House of Commons of Canada. He was born in Kincardine Township, Ontario and became a farmer and insurance agent by career. He was first elected at the Bruce riding in the 1945 general election and served in the 20th Canadian Parliament. In the following election in 1949, Robinson was defeated by Donald Buchanan Blue of the Liberal party, but reclaimed the Bruce riding in the 1953 election and was re-elected there for successive terms in the 1957, 1958 and 1962 federal elections. Andrew Robinson Stoney, later renamed Andrew Robinson Stoney-Bowes, (1747–1810) was an Anglo-Irish member of parliament, high sheriff and criminal. Stoney grew up at Greyfort House, Borrisokane, County Tipperary in Ireland, son of George Stoney and Elizabeth Johnston. His grandfather, Thomas Stoney, had migrated to Ireland from Yorkshire, England, in the wake of the Williamite conquest of Ireland, 1689–91. While Andrew Stoney-Bowes was a member of parliament for Newcastle-upon-Tyne (1780–4) and also High Sheriff of Durham, he is perhaps best remembered for his marriage to Mary Eleanor Bowes, the Dowager Countess of Strathmore and Kinghorne, during which, it was later shown, he was severely abusive towards his wife. Andrew Mark Robinson (born 3 November 1979) is an English footballer who plays for Rock Ferry Social. Robinson's professional career began in 2002 at Tranmere Rovers and concluded in 2015 after a short stint at Shrewsbury Town.
