Andreas Sonny "Andy" Robinson (born 16 October 1992) is an English semi-professional footballer who primarily plays as a central midfielder most recently for Weymouth. Early life Robinson was born in Bournemouth. Club career Southampton Described as "a strong presence in the heart of midfield", Andy Robinson joined the Southampton Academy at the age of eight, and has previously captained the club's under-18 side. The midfielder was promoted to the Southampton first team at the beginning of the 2012–13 season, and made his debut for the team on 25 September 2012 in a 2−0 win over Sheffield Wednesday in the third round of the League Cup, coming on as an 81st-minute substitute for Jack Cork. The Southern League is a men's football competition featuring semi-professional clubs from the South and Midlands of England. Together with the Isthmian League and the Northern Premier League it forms levels seven and eight of the English football league system. The structure of the Southern League has changed several times since its formation in 1894, and currently there are 84 clubs which are divided into four divisions. The Isthmian League () is a regional men's football league covering Greater London, East and South East England, featuring mostly semi-professional clubs. The 2016–17 season was the 102nd season of the Isthmian League, which is an English football competition featuring semi-professional and amateur clubs from London, East and South East England. Also, it was the eleventh season for the current incarnations of Division One North and Division One South. The league constitution was announced on 12 May 2016 and concluded on 1 May 2017. Premier Division Farnborough were required by the Isthmian League to pay their creditors in full before the league's 2016 AGM. The National League South, formerly Conference South, is one of the second divisions of the National League in England, immediately below the top division National League. Along with National League North, it is in the second level of the National League System, and is the sixth tier overall of the English football league system. The National League South was introduced in 2004 as part of a major restructuring of the National League System. Each year the champion of the league is automatically promoted to the National League. EFL Championship
The English Football League Championship (often referred to as the Championship for short or the Sky Bet Championship for sponsorship purposes) is the highest division of the English Football League (EFL) and second-highest overall in the English football league system, after the Premier League. The league is contested by 24 clubs.
