Andrew Graham (born 20 June 1942) is a British political economist. He is currently Executive Chair of the Europaeum and Chair of the Academic Council of the Europaeum, Senior Fellow of the Oxford Internet Institute, Trustee of Reprieve, and an Honorary Fellow of Balliol College, Oxford and of St Edmund Hall, Oxford. Early life The son of the novelist Winston Graham, Andrew Graham was born in Perranporth, Cornwall, and attended Truro Cathedral School and then Charterhouse, Godalming, Surrey. He read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at St Edmund Hall, University of Oxford. Career On graduation, Andrew Graham joined the National Economic Development Office (1964) followed by the Department of Economic Affairs (1964–1966). Andrew Graham (8 April 1815 – 5 November 1908), born in Irvinestown County Fermanagh, Ireland, was an Irish astronomer, orbit computer and discoverer of the asteroid 9 Metis."Report of the Observatory Syndicate on the Chief Assistant at the Observatory." Andrew Graham (1733 – 8 September 1815, Prestonpans) was a Scottish naturalist and a chief factor with the Hudson's Bay Company. Life Andrew Graham was born in 1733, probably in the vicinity of Edinburgh. He emigrated to Canada and worked for the Hudson's Bay Company from 1749 to 1775. His first assignment was to the company's most northerly trading station at Prince of Wales's Fort, now known as Churchill, Manitoba. There he served on three summer expeditions on board the sloop ''Churchill'' which traded with the Inuit who inhabited the northern parts of Hudson Bay. In 1753 he gained the position of assistant writer at York Factory in Manitoba, here he impressed the chief factor James Isham and was appointed to positions of higher responsibility. Andrew Graham (born 22 April 1982, in Sydney) is an Australian baseball manager and former player who played with the Detroit Tigers organization from 2003–2007. Graham is currently the manager of the Lakeland Flying Tigers, a minor league affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. Growing up in Australia he played baseball for the Ku-ring-gai Stealers Baseball Club. Early career Graham started his baseball career with Armstrong Atlantic State University in 2003. The Tigers picked him up in the 19th round of the 2003 Major League Baseball Draft. He was assigned to the Oneonta Tigers and hit .182 in his first season. In 2004, he played for Oneonta (.280 in 8 games) and the West Michigan Whitecaps (.253 in 26 games). Alec Graham
Andrew Alexander Kenny Graham (7 August 1929 – 9 May 2021) was an English Anglican bishop. Graham was educated at Tonbridge School and St John's College, Oxford. After studies at Ely Theological College he was ordained in 1956. He was ordained in the Church of England: made a deacon on Trinity Sunday 1955 (5 June) and ordained a priest the Trinity following (27 May 1956), both times by George Bell, Bishop of Chichester, at Chichester Cathedral. His first post was as a curate at Hove from where he moved to be a lecturer at Worcester College, Oxford. After time as warden of Lincoln Theological College he was appointed the Bishop of Bedford in 1977. He was consecrated a bishop on 31 March 1977, by Donald Coggan, Archbishop of Canterbury at Westminster Abbey. Andrew Graham (born 22 September 1983, Glasgow) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a defender for Scottish League One side Alloa Athletic. Andrew Graham (1843 – 17 April 1926) was a 19th-century Member of Parliament from the Gisborne Region of New Zealand. He represented the East Coast electorate from to 1889, when he resigned, shortly before his bankruptcy, which he ascribed to mismanagement of his business, whilst he was on a trip to Scotland, He was born at East Kilbride in Scotland on 28 July 1843 to John and Elizabeth Graham. His education was at Glasgow High School and Glasgow University. In 1864 he emigrated to Napier, where he worked for a merchant. Andrew Letham Graham (October 10, 1894 – January 18, 1944) was a Canadian ice hockey player.
