Andreas Borgman
Andreas Borgman (born 18 June 1995) is a Swedish professional ice hockey defenceman currently playing with Frölunda HC in the Swedish Hockey League (SHL). Borgman was the recipient of the Swedish Hockey League Rookie of the Year honours for his achievements during the 2016–17 season. Playing career Borgman made his Elitserien debut playing with Timrå IK during the 2012–13 Elitserien season, playing three Elitserien games that season. After spending the 2015–16 season in the Allsvenskan with VIK Västerås HK, Borgman returned to the SHL in signing a two-year contract with HV71 on 31 March 2016. In his debut season with HV71 in the 2016–17 season, Borgman appeared in 45 regular season games from the blueline collecting 15 points. The Le Mat Trophy ( sv, Le Mat-pokalen, "Le Mat Cup") is the trophy awarded to Swedish champions in ice hockey, which since 1976 has been the winners of the SHL playoffs. 2019–20 AHL Season
The 2019–20 AHL season was the 84th season of the American Hockey League. The regular season began October 4, 2019, and was officially cancelled on May 11, 2020. The 2020 Calder Cup playoffs, which was also cancelled, would have followed the conclusion of the regular season. The league suspended play on March 12, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic in North America, and was not able to resume play. The Milwaukee Admirals claimed the league's regular-season trophy, the Macgregor Kilpatrick Trophy, their second regular-season championship. Jordan Schmaltz (born October 8, 1993) is an American professional ice hockey defenseman who is currently playing for EHC Kloten in the Swiss National League (NL). He was drafted 25th overall by the St. Louis Blues in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Schmaltz played collegiate hockey with the University of North Dakota after playing in the United States Hockey League (USHL) with the Green Bay Gamblers, where he won the 2012 Clark and Anderson Cups. The injured reserve list ( IR list) is a designation used in North American professional sports leagues for athletes who suffer injuries and become unable to play. The exact name of the list varies by league; it is known as "injured reserve" in the National Football League (NFL) and National Hockey League (NHL), the "injured list" in the Canadian Football League (CFL), and the injured list (historically known as the "disabled list") in Major League Baseball (MLB). Roman Polák (born 28 April 1986) is a Czech professional ice hockey defenceman who is currently under contract with HC VÃtkovice Steel, HC VÃtkovice of the Czech Extraliga (ELH). Polák was drafted in the sixth round, 180th overall, at the 2004 NHL Entry Draft by the St. Louis Blues, the organization with which he spent his entire NHL career prior to joining the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2014. The Toronto Marlies are a professional ice hockey team based in Toronto. They compete in the American Hockey League (AHL) as a member of the North Division of the Eastern Conference. Nazem Kadri (born October 6, 1990) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player for the Calgary Flames of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs seventh overall in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
