Andrea Morricone
Andrea Morricone (born 10 October 1964) is an Italian composer and conductor, known for his film scores. He is the third child, and second son, of late composer and Academy Award winner Ennio Morricone. He composed the film scores for the American films '' Capturing the Friedmans'' and ''Liberty Heights''. He collaborated with his father on the score for '' Cinema Paradiso'', for which they won a '' BAFTA'' Award for For Best Original Film Music. The Love Theme from '' Cinema Paradiso'' is a work by Andrea Morricone. This is a list of winners and nominees for the BAFTA Award for Best Original Music, formerly known as the Anthony Asquith Award for Film Music, which is presented to film composers, given out by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts since 1968. With seven wins out of seventeen nominations, John Williams is both the most nominated and most awarded in this category. ''The Inquiry'' (also known as ''The Final Inquiry'' and Italian: ''L'inchiesta'') is a 2006 Italian historical drama film directed by Giulio Base, and starring Daniele Liotti and Dolph Lundgren. It is a remake of the 1986 film of the same name. Plot The story follows a fictional Roman tribune named Titus Valerius Taurus, a veteran of campaigns in Germania, who is sent to Judaea by the emperor Tiberius to investigate the possibility of the divinity of the recently crucified Jesus. Although sceptical early on, Taurus is eventually convinced by a Christian girl he meets there named Tabitha, and chooses to abandon the army and remain there with her.
