Andimba Toivo Ya Toivo Senior Secondary School
Andimba Toivo ya Toivo Senior Secondary School is a school in the Oshana Region of Namibia, in the suburb Oluno in Ondangwa town. It was established in the 1970s during South African occupation. The school's original name was ''Oluno Senior Secondary School''. In 2004 it was renamed after Andimba Toivo ya Toivo, founder of SWAPO. Its first principal was Mr Shilondelo, who was later succeeded by Mr Iita in the 1990s, Mr Mbeeli Wilbard in 2006 and Mr Shapaka Warde in 2011. The school has grades from 8 to 12, with different fields of study in grade 12. The school has about 40 teachers and 850 learners. Oshana Region
Oshana is one of the fourteen regions of Namibia, its capital is Oshakati. The towns of Oshakati, Ongwediva and Ondangwa, all situated with this region, form an urban cluster with the second largest population concentration in Namibia after the capital Windhoek. , Oshana had 113,112 registered voters. Phillemon Ndjambula
Phillemon Ndjambula born (5 September 1960) is a Namibian former Member of the National Council (Namibia) for Oshikoto Region in 1998 to 2010, he was also the first Regional Councillor for the Olukonda Constituency in 1992. Ndjambula attended Primary education at Onezizi Combined School and later on completed grade 12 at Andimba Toivo ya Toivo Senior Secondary School formerly (Oluno Secondary School) in 1975. A member of SWAPO since 1975, Ndjambula received military trained at Tobias Hainyeko Training Centre in Angola around the year 1976. He was sent to study political science in the former Soviet Union (USSR) in 1981. Samuel Abraham Peyavali "Peya" Mushelenga (born September 01, 1975 in Oshigambo, Ovamboland) is a Namibian politician and poet. He is broadly educated, holding twelve academic qualifications from six different universities. A member of SWAPO, Mushelenga has been a member of the National Assembly of Namibia since 2005. He has served cabinet in several ministerial roles and is the minister of Information and Communication Technologies since March 2020. The National Council is the upper chamber of Namibia's bicameral Parliament. It reviews bills passed by the lower chamber and makes recommendations for legislation of regional concern to the lower chamber. The 42 National Council members are indirectly elected by regional councils for a term of five years. Each of the 14 regional councils chooses three of its members to serve on the National Council.
