Anders Nilsson (born July 6, 1954 in Stockholm, Sweden) is a Sweden, Swedish composer. He made his début as composer with the first part of the trilogy ''Trois Pièces pour grand orchestre'' in Copenhagen (1981). He has composed orchestral music, including three symphonies, several concertos, and chamber music as well as three operas: the first opera ''Klassresan'' to his own libretto received its première in 2003 and the second, ''Zarah'' (about Zarah Leander's time in Nazi Germany, with a libretto by Claes Fellbom), was premièred in 2007 at the Folkoperan in Stockholm. Bengt Per Anders Nilsson (born 19 March 1990) is a Swedish former professional ice hockey goaltender. Nilsson was drafted 62nd overall in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft by the New York Islanders and played in the NHL with the Islanders, Edmonton Oilers, St. Louis Blues, Buffalo Sabres, Vancouver Canucks, and Ottawa Senators. Internationally, Nilsson led Sweden to a gold medal at the 2018 World Championships. Playing career On 27 April 2011, the New York Islanders signed Nilsson to a three-year entry-level contract. Nilsson made his NHL debut on 19 November 2011, against the Boston Bruins, in relief of Rick DiPietro. He let in 3 goals on 17 shots, while playing 40 minutes, as the Islanders lost 6–0. He got his first start in the NHL on 21 November 2011, against the Pittsburgh Penguins at Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Anders Nilsson (born May 3, 1956) is a scientist who works in the field of chemical physics at Stockholm University. He is best known for his studies of the structure and dynamics of water with the goal of understanding the origin of the unusual physical properties that make this liquid entirely unique on Earth. His other research interests include studying chemical reactions as they occur in real time and energy transformations that have implications for future energy use. Career Nilsson received his M.Sc. (1980) in Chemical Engineering from Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and his PhD in the laboratory created by the Nobel Laureate Kai Siegbahn in Uppsala University in 1989 and was conferred with the Ångström Award for Outstanding PhD thesis.
