Anastasia Davydova
Anastasia Semyonovna Davydova (russian: Анастасия Семёновна Давыдова; born 2 February 1983) is a Russian former synchronised swimmer and five-time Olympic gold medalist, and current coach. Natalia Ishchenko
Natalia Sergeyevna Ishchenko (russian: Наталья Серге́евна Ищенко; born 8 April 1986) is a retired Russian competitor in synchronized swimming, five-times Olympic champion and nineteen-times world champion. Ishchenko announced her retirement from sports in April 2017. Since November, she serves as Vice Minister of Sports of Kaliningrad Oblast. Career Natalia was a member of the Russian gold medal team in Synchronized swimming at the 2008 Summer Olympics – Women's team, 2008, Synchronized swimming at the 2012 Summer Olympics – Women's team, 2012 and Synchronized swimming at the 2016 Summer Olympics – Women's team, 2016. The 14th FINA World Championships () were held on 16–31 July 2011 in Shanghai, China at the Shanghai Oriental Sports Center. The 2011 World Championships featured five aquatics disciplines: swimming, water polo, diving, open water, and synchronized swimming. The 2009 World Aquatics Championships ( it, Campionati mondiali di nuoto 2009) or the XIII FINA World Championships were held in Rome, Italy from 18 July to 2 August 2009. The 2009 Championships featured competition in all 5 aquatics disciplines: diving, swimming, open water swimming, synchronised swimming and water polo. Rome won the right to stage the event on 16 July 2005 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Rome defeated rival bids from Athens (Greece), Moscow (Russia) and Yokohama (Japan). 2007 World Aquatics Championships
The 2007 World Aquatics Championships, or the XII FINA World Championships, were held in Melbourne, Australia from 17 March to 1 April 2007. The competition took place at three locations in central Melbourne: the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (diving and water polo), St Kilda Beach (open water), and Rod Laver Arena in a temporary pool christened the Susie O'Neill Pool (synchro and swimming). A total of 2,158 athletes from 167 nations participated in the 2007 championships. The total number of spectators was more than 215,000, setting a new record attendance for the event. FINA President Mustapha Larfaoui described the competition as "the biggest and best in history."
