Anari (musician)
Anari (Ana Rita Alberdi) (born in 1970 in Azkoitia, Gipuzkoa) is a Basque singer-songwriter. She released her first album in 1997 and has established herself as an important reference point in the Basque music scene. She has often been compared with other female singers or songwriters from English-speaking countries, such as PJ Harvey and Cat Power, due to the intricate nature of her compositions and her intense live performances. ''Rockdelux'' is a Spanish music magazine. History and profile ''Rockdelux'' was first published in November 1984, and celebrated its 200th anniversary in October 2002, when it released a list of the 200 greatest international albums of all time, according to the magazine's staff. ''Rockdeluxs brief was to serve a specific section of the public who are passionate about music, and its focus was on new and more alternative artists from both Spain and the outside world (termed "international"). It had an extensive review section, covering mainly new musical releases and re-releases, but also covered other music-related subjects such as live concerts and videos and featured reviews of new books and graphic novels. Unlike many other review sections in popular magazines, it eschewed the trend of giving a numerical value to each review, which are purely composed of written text summing up the release's values. Metak (record Label)
Metak was a Croatian rock band. It was founded in Split, then Yugoslavia, and disbanded in 1981. Their song, "Da Mi Je Biti Morski Pas" (Wish I Were A Shark), was a mega hit, later covered by another Split band, Osmi Putnik, and it also became a movie of the same name. They released two albums, ''U Tetrapaku'' (In Tetrapak) and ''Ratatatatija''. The band was officially formed at the end of 1978 by bassist Mirko Krstičević. The first lineup was Ranko Boban, (singer) Mirko Krstičević, (bass) Matko Jelavić, (drums) and Željko Brodarić Jappa (guitar). After Boban's departure, Brodarić took over vocals and his brother, Zlatko, also joined the band as a guitarist. The band has released 2 studio albums and three singles, Metak disbanded in 1981.
