Alyaksey Baha
Aleksey Anatolyevich Baga ( be, Аляксей Анатольевіч Бага; russian: Алексей Анатольевич Бага; born 4 February 1981) is a Belarusian professional football manager and former player. Managerial career After retirement in early 2011, Baga returned to BATE Borisov to work as an assistant manager. In June 2018 he was appointed as BATE Borisov manager, staying on that position until December 2019. He won the Belarusian Premier League with BATE in 2018. In January 2020, Baga became the new manager of Lithuanian A Lyga club Žalgiris. On 21 January 2021, Baga was appointed as Head Coach of Aktobe, resigning from this position on 5 May 2021. On 30 December 2021, Baga was appointed as the new Head Coach of Sumgayit on a 2.5-year contract. Barysaw
Barysaw ( be, Барысаў, ) or Borisov (russian: Борисов, ) is a city in Belarus near the Berezina River in the Minsk Region 74 km north-east from Minsk. Its population is around 145,000. History Barysaw is first mentioned in the Laurentian Codex as being founded (as Borisov) in 1102 by the Prince of Polotsk Rogvolod Vseslavich, who had the baptismal name of Boris. During the next two centuries, it was burned and then rebuilt south of where it was before. 2018 Belarusian Premier League
The 2018 Belarusian Premier League was the 28th season of top-tier football in Belarus. BATE Borisov were the defending champions, having won their 12th consecutive league title and 14th overall last year, and successfully defended their crown. Teams The bottom two teams from the 2017 season ( Slavia Mozyr and Naftan Novopolotsk) were relegated to the 2018 Belarusian First League. They were replaced by Luch Minsk and Smolevichi, champions and runners-up of the 2017 Belarusian First League respectively. Before the start of the season, Krumkachy Minsk were excluded from the league, after repeatedly missing deadlines for providing necessary licensing documents and pay off the salary debts to the players. The 2021 Belarusian Premier League was the 31st season of top-tier football in Belarus. Shakhtyor Soligorsk were the defending champions, having won their second league title last year. The 2020 A Lyga was the 31st season of the A Lyga, the top-tier football league of Lithuania. The season began on 6 March and was planned to end on 7 November 2020. On 12 March all sports events were postponed for two weeks in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Teams FK Sūduva Marijampolė begin the season as defending champions having won their third consecutive league title last year. Three clubs dropped out of A Lyga last season - Stumbras folded in the summer, while Atlantas and Palanga were disqualified after the end of the season after investigation revealed numerous match-fixing incidents.
