The 1966 All-Ireland Senior Club Camogie Championship for the leading clubs in the women's team field sport of camogie was won by St Patrick’s Glengoole (from Tipperary, who defeated St Paul’s from Kilkenny in the final, played at St John's Park. Arrangements The championship was organised on the traditional provincial system used in Gaelic Games since the 1880s, with Deirdre anOranmorewinning the championships of the other two provinces. Limerick GAA
The Limerick County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) ( ga, Cumann Lúthchleas Gael, Coiste Chontae Luimneach) or Limerick GAA is one of the 32 county boards of the GAA in Ireland, and is responsible for Gaelic games in County Limerick. The county board is also responsible for the Limerick county teams. Sidney Thomas "Tommy" Boyce (September 29, 1939 – November 23, 1994) and Bobby Hart (born Robert Luke Harshman; February 18, 1939) were a prolific American duo of singer-songwriters. In addition to three top-40 hits as artists, the duo is well known for its songwriting for The Monkees. Early years Hart's father was a church minister and he himself served in the Army after leaving high school. Upon discharge, he travelled to Los Angeles seeking a career as a singer. Boyce was separately pursuing a career as a songwriter. After being rejected numerous times, Boyce took his father's suggestion to write a song called " Be My Guest" for rock and roll star Fats Domino. He waited six hours at Domino's hotel room to present him with the demo, and got Domino to promise to listen to the song. Sally Long (December 5, 1901 – August 12, 1987) was an American dancer and actress. Early years Long was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis J. Long. She graduated from Eden Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1921. Dancer Florenz Ziegfeld insured Long for $100,000 against the possibility of her falling in love or marrying when she danced for his Ziegfeld Follies in the early 1920s. (Long later revealed that at that time she was already married with two children.) After performing with the Follies, Long appeared in the New York City comedy production of ''Scandals''.
