Alice (singer)
Carla Bissi, known professionally as Alice or Alice Visconti (; born 26 September 1954), is an Italian singer-songwriter and pianist who began her career in the early 1970s. After releasing three albums by the end of the decade, her breakthrough came in 1981 when she won the Sanremo Music Festival with the song "Per Elisa". This was followed by European hit singles like "Una notte speciale", "Messaggio", "Chan-son Egocentrique", "Prospettiva Nevski" and "Nomadi" and albums like ''Gioielli rubati'', '' Park Hotel'', '' Elisir'', and '' Il sole nella pioggia'' which charted in Continental Europe, Scandinavia, and Japan. Jazz
Jazz is a music genre that originated in the African-American communities of New Orleans, Louisiana in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with its roots in blues and ragtime. Since the 1920s Jazz Age, it has been recognized as a major form of musical expression in traditional and popular music. Jazz is characterized by swing and blue notes, complex chords, call and response vocals, polyrhythms and improvisation. Jazz has roots in European harmony and African rhythmic rituals. Giusto Pio
Giusto Pio (11 January 1926 – 12 February 2017) was an Italian conductor, composer, violinist, music educator and songwriter. Born at Castelfranco Veneto, he studied music in Venice. Later he was engaged as violinist in the RAI orchestra of Milan. In the late 1970s and early 1980s he became popular as a long-standing collaborator of singer-songwriter Franco Battiato, by whom he was initially hired as violin teacher. Apart from working as a producer and musician on several successful albums with Battiato (including '' L'era del cinghiale bianco'' and ''La voce del padrone''), Pio also collaborated with him as a producer for several singers such as Milva, Alice and Giuni Russo. New Wave Music

''Capo Nord'' is the third studio album by Italian singer-songwriter Alice, released in 1980 on EMI Music. The album includes Alice's Italian breakthrough single "Il vento caldo dell'estate", her first collaboration with composer and singer Franco Battiato. After Alice won the Sanremo Music Festival in 1981 with "Per Elisa", ''Capo Nord'' was re-released in certain territories and then added the track as A5. Cosa Resta
Cosa was a Latin colony founded in southwestern Tuscany in 273 BC, on land confiscated from the Etruscans, to solidify the control of the Romans and offer the Republic a protected port. The Etruscan site (called ''Cusi'' or ''Cosia'') may have been where modern Orbetello stands; a fortification wall in polygonal masonry at Orbetello's lagoon may be in phase with the walls of Cosa. The position of Cosa is distinct, rising some 113 metres above sea level and is sited 140 km northwest of Rome on the Tyrrhenian Sea coast, on a hill near the small town of Ansedonia. The town experienced a hard life and was never truly a prosperous Roman city, although it has assumed a position of prominence in Roman archaeology owing to the circumstances of its excavation (cf. Easy listening (including mood music) is a popular music genre and radio format that was most popular during the 1950s to 1970s. It is related to middle-of-the-road (MOR) music and encompasses instrumental recordings of standards, hit songs, non- rock vocals and instrumental covers of selected popular rock songs.
