Algeria Men's National Ice Hockey Team
The Algerian national ice hockey team ( ar, منتخب الجزائر لهوكي الجليد) is the national men's ice hockey team of Algeria. History Formed in 2008, Algeria became a member of the IIHF on September 26, 2019. The national team was formed with the increasing number of Algerians who are playing ice hockey around the world. In June 2008, Algeria took part in the inaugural Arab Cup in Abu Dhabi, also involving the national teams of Kuwait, Morocco, and the host nation, the UAE. Algeria finished last, with Algerian forward, Harond Litim winning the MVP of the tournament award. Hockey Algeria
Hockey Algeria is the public name of the authority which governs both ice hockey, inline hockey and ball hockey in Algeria. Hockey Algeria was founded in 2008 by Karim Kerbouche, Harond Litim and Nassim Boulakdem and was later accepted into the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) on 26 September 2019. The goal was to unite hockey players of Algerian origin from around the world, and create an Algerian national team. Hockey Algeria is an associate member of the IIHF and therefore has no right to vote in the General Assembly. The current president of Hockey Algeria is Karim Kerbouche. Ice Hockey At The 2022 Winter Olympics – Men's Tournament
The men's tournament in ice hockey at the 2022 Winter Olympics took place in Beijing, China between 9 and 20 February 2022. Twelve countries qualified for the tournament; eight of them did so automatically by virtue of their ranking by the International Ice Hockey Federation, one, China, automatically qualified as hosts, while the three others took part in a qualification tournament. The Olympic Athletes from Russia team won in 2018. The Russian Olympic Committee, representing Russia at the 2022 Games, were the defending champions. For the first time in history, the Czech Republic did not qualify for the quarter-finals and finished in ninth place, their lowest placement in history. Finland won their first ever ice hockey Olympic gold medal after going undefeated and beating the Russian Olympic Committee in the final. Rabat

Kempton Park is a city in the East Rand region of Gauteng province, South Africa. It is part of the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality. Canillo
Canillo () is one of the parishes of Andorra. Canillo is also the name of the main town of the parish. The parish is considered the religious center of Andorra with the Sanctuary and Chapel of Our Lady of Meritxell, patron saint of Andorra, and contains one of the best-preserved romanesque churches in the Pyrenees, Sant Joan de Caselles. The 2024 Men's Ice Hockey World Championships will be the 87th such event hosted by the International Ice Hockey Federation. The 2023 Men's Ice Hockey World Championships were the 86th such event hosted by the International Ice Hockey Federation. Teams participated in several levels of competition. 1930 Ice Hockey World Championships
The 1930 Ice Hockey World Championships were held between January 30 and February 10, 1930, in Chamonix, France, Vienna, Austria, and Berlin, Germany. This event was the first world championships independent of hockey at the Olympics. Canada, represented by the Toronto CCMs, beat the German team in the gold medal match by a score of 6 to 1 to win the title. Germany won their first European Championship, defeating Switzerland in Berlin two to one.
