Alexia Bohwim
Alexia Bohwim or Alexia Knutsdatter Bohwim (born March 13, 1969, in Oslo) is a Norwegian writer, animal rights activist and feminist. Life Bohwim made her debut in 2008 with the cult novel ''Frognerfitter''. The book is about two girlfriends Billie and Susie, who live at Frogner in Oslo (where Bohwim grew up), and describes their lifestyle which includes a lot of drinking and sex, and addresses some of the myths that exist about people who live there. The book was published by Kagge Forlag and sold 40,000 copies. Since then, Bohwim has written two books, MILF (2010) and Golddigger (2012), and has created a blog. This was later censored and banned. She has acquired the reputation of being outspoken and controversial. She has outspoken views about sex roles, life in Frogner and feminism. Oslo
Oslo ( , , or ; sma, Oslove) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality. The municipality of Oslo had a population of in 2022, while the city's greater urban area had a population of in 2019, and the metropolitan area had an estimated population of in 2021. Frogner
Frogner is a residential and retail borough in the West End of Oslo, Norway, with a population of 59,269 as of 2020. In addition to the original Frogner, the borough incorporates Bygdøy, Uranienborg and Majorstuen. The borough is named after Frogner Manor, and includes Frogner Park. The borough has the highest real estate prices in Norway. Etymology The borough is named after the old Frogner Manor. The Norse form of the name was ''Fraunar'' (plural form), and is likely derived from the word ''frauð'' 'manure' — meaning 'fertilized fields'. (See also Frogn and Tøyen.) English-speaking foreigners may assume the word “Frogner” to be related to the English word frog but these words are not congnates. The word for “frog” in Norwegian is “frosk”. Nina Grünfeld
Nina Frederikke Grünfeld (born July 27, 1966) is a Norwegian film director and author, and the former head of the Norwegian Film Directors (NFR) trade union. Career Grünfeld studied mass communication, Eastern European studies, film, and TV in Oslo, and she has a bachelor's degree in film directing from the Swedish Institute of Dramatic Art in Stockholm. She is a professor at the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. She was previously head of research and development at the Westerdals School of Communication. Grünfeld has held board positions in a number of art and cultural institutions. She owns and runs the film production company Gründer Film in Oslo. In 2015, Grünfeld launched the charitable jewelry project Coexista at the Nobel Peace Center in Oslo. The profit from sales went to combating Islamophobia, anti-Semitism, and extremism.
