Alexander Spesivtsev
Alexander Nikolayevich Spesivtsev (russian: Александр Николаевич Спесивцев, born 1 March 1970) is a Russian serial killer, also known as The Novokuznetsk Monster and The Siberian Ripper, convicted for the killing of 5 people in Novokuznetsk in 1991 and 1996. Spesivtsev, with the assistance of his mother Lyudmila, targeted street children and young women across Novokuznetsk by luring them into their apartment, where they would be tortured and killed, and sometimes cannibalized. Despite only being convicted for 5 murders, Spesivtsev confessed to 20 murders that he was accused of by police, and based on evidence is believed to have committed over 80 killings starting from as early as 1991. Oleg Rylkov
Oleg Viktorovich Rylkov (russian: Оле́г Викторович Рылько́в; born December 21, 1966), known as The Tolyatti Ripper (russian: Тольяттинский потрошитель), is a Russian serial killer, rapist and pedophile. Between 1992 and 1997, he raped 37 (according to other sources - 39) underage girls and killed 12 people in the city of Tolyatti, in the Samara Oblast. Taking advantage of the lack of adults, he broke into the victims' apartments (the victims said that Rylkov knocked on the door, then asked for water or to call an ambulance), raped them, and then robbed the apartment.
