Alessandro Circati (born 10 October 2003) is a professional footballer who plays as a central defender for Serie A club Parma. Born in Italy and a former youth international for Italy, he plays for the Australian national team. Early life Circati was born in Fidenza, Italy, to Gianfranco Circati, who was a professional footballer. Born in the province of Parma and Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, his grandparents resided in Salsomaggiore Terme and orignated from the region. Circati moved to Perth, Australia at the age of one. As a youth during school, Circati played football and rugby league, although focussed more on the former as he was "okay" at rugby. Fidenza
Fidenza (Parmigiano: ; locally ) is a town and ''comune ''in the province of Parma, Emilia-Romagna region, Italy. It has around 27,000 inhabitants. The town was renamed Fidenza in 1927, recalling its Roman name of ''Fidentia''; before, it was called Borgo San Donnino (Parmigiano: ). History The town originates from a Roman camp (''Fidentia'') founded on the place where the Ananes Gauls had their settlement of Vicumvia (Latin ''Victumviae'' or ''Victumulae''). Paolo Cesare Maldini (; born 26 June 1968) is an Italian former professional footballer who played primarily as a left back and centre back for AC Milan and the Italy national team. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest defenders of all time. As the Milan and Italy captain for many years he was nicknamed "''Il Capitano''" ("The Captain"). 2020 National Premier Leagues
The 2020 National Premier Leagues was the eighth season of the Australian National Premier Leagues football competition. The league competition was played by eight separate state and territory member federations, namely the ACT, NSW, Northern NSW, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia. A-League Youth, formerly known as the National Youth League and Y-League, is an Australian national soccer youth developmental and under-21s league, founded by Football Federation Australia and now run by the Australian Professional Leagues. The current league was established as a successor to the previous competition of the National Youth League (1984–2004) and commenced in August 2008. The league runs in conjunction with the A-League Men as a developmental or reserve league. Dorrien Gardens is a sports ground in West Perth, Western Australia primarily used for soccer. It is the home ground of Perth SC. History In 1951, the City of Perth allocated the ground to Azzurri ahead of their first season in the first tier of Western Australian soccer. The Dorrien Gardens Reserve was further developed in the 1970s when the local council resumed land from a series of properties on Cowle Street.
