Aleksander Tšutšelov (26 April 1933 – 1 January 2017) was an Estonian sailor who started with sailing at 1946. Tallinn () is the most populous and capital city of Estonia. The sport of sailing involves a variety of competitive sailing formats that are sanctioned through various sailing federations and yacht clubs.
