Aleksandar Bućan ( sr, Александар Бућан; born July 14, 1973) is a Serbian professional basketball coach who is a youth system coordinator of the Basketball Federation of Serbia Kids:Gala Bućan Wife:/ Coaching career Bućan had multiple stints with Partizan NIS youth selections. He also coached senior teams of Napredak Kruševac, Swisslion Vršac, Radnički Zastava, Tamiš and Železničar. National teams ;Youth Bućan coached the under-16 men's selection of the Serbia and Montenegro national team. At 2006 FIBA Europe Under-16 Championship, his team won the bronze medal. Basketball coaching is the act of directing and strategizing the behavior of a basketball team or individual basketball player. Basketball coaching typically encompasses the improvement of individual and team offensive and defensive skills, as well as overall physical conditioning. The 2014 FIBA Europe Under-18 Championship was the 31st edition of the FIBA Europe Under-18 Championship. 16 teams participated in the competition, held in Konya, Turkey, from 24 July to 3 August 2014. 2007 FIBA Asia Championship
The 2007 FIBA Asia Championship for Men was the qualifying tournament for FIBA Asia at the men's basketball tournament at the 2008 Summer Olympics at Beijing. The tournament was held in Tokushima, Japan from July 28 to August 5, 2007. Participating teams qualified through the previous edition of this tournament and others through regional qualifiers. Since China is assured of an automatic berth at the 2008 Olympics as the host nation, the champions will automatically qualify while the two best teams excluding China qualifies for the 2008 FIBA World Olympic Qualifying Tournament for Men. The 2015 FIBA Under-19 World Championship (Greek: Παγκόσμιο Πρωτάθλημα FIBA Under-19 2015) was the 12th edition of the FIBA U19 World Championship, the biennial international men's youth basketball championship contested by the U19 national teams of the member associations of FIBA. It was hosted by Heraklion, Greece, from 27 June to 5 July 2015. It was the third time that Greece hosted the tournament since 1995.
