Alec MacDonald (born 27 October 2001) is a New Zealand professional rugby league footballer who plays as a for the Melbourne Storm in the National Rugby League (NRL). Background MacDonald was born in Auckland, New Zealand and moved to Queensland when he was nine-years old. He played his junior rugby league for the Easts Springwood Tigers and Ormeau Shearers, and attended Chisholm Catholic College, Cornubia. In 2021, he played three games for the Wynnum Manly Seagulls in the 2021 Queensland Cup, while winning the club's under-21s player of the year in the 2021 Hastings Deering Colts season. The Wests Tigers are an Australian professional Rugby league, rugby league football team, based in the Inner West and South West Sydney. They have competed in the National Rugby League since being formed at the end of the 1999 NRL season as a joint-venture club between the Balmain Tigers and the Western Suburbs Magpies. Paul Gregory Green (12 September 1972 – 11 August 2022) was an Australian professional rugby league football coach, best known for taking the North Queensland Cowboys to the NRL premiership in 2015, and a professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1990s and 2000s. He played for Cronulla-Sutherland, North Queensland Cowboys, Sydney Roosters, Parramatta Eels and the Brisbane Broncos, winning the Rothmans Medal in 1995.
