Alberto Álvaro Perea Correoso (born 19 December 1990) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a winger for Cypriot First Division club Anorthosis. Club career Born in Albacete, Castilla–La Mancha, Perea was a product of hometown Albacete Balompié's youth ranks. He made his debut with the first team on 17 January 2009, coming on as a second-half substitute in a 0–3 home defeat to Hércules CF in the Segunda División. On 21 May he was transferred to Atlético Madrid, spending his first season with the ''Colchoneros B team in the Segunda División B. Substitute (association Football)
In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958. Prior to this most games were played with no changes permitted at all, with occasional exceptions in cases of extreme injury or players not arriving to matches on time. The number of substitutes has risen over time as well as the number of reserve players allowed to be nominated. The 2010–11 Copa del Rey was the 109th staging of the Copa del Rey (including two seasons where two rival editions were played). The 2010–11 La Liga season (known as the ''Liga BBVA'' for sponsorship reasons) was the 80th since its establishment. The campaign began on 28 August 2010 and ended on 21 May 2011. A total of 20 teams contested the league, 17 of which already contested in the 2009–10 season and three of which were promoted from the Segunda División. Segunda División B ( en, Second Division B) was the third tier of the Spanish football league system containing 102 teams divided into five groups, until it was replaced by the new structure in 2021.
