Albertane Tour
The Albertane Tour was the debut tour by American band, Hanson. The tour supported the band's debut studio album, '' Middle of Nowhere'' (1997). The tour predominantly visited North America with additional dates in France, Germany and England. The ''Live from Albertane'' album was released the following fall to capture performances on the tour. The documentary film ''The Road to Albertane'' was also made to record the touring experience for the three Hanson brothers. Hanson (band)
Hanson is an American Pop music, pop band from Tulsa, Oklahoma, formed by brothers Isaac Hanson (guitar, vocals, bass, piano), Taylor Hanson (keyboards, vocals, percussion), and Zac Hanson (drums, vocals, piano). Supporting members include Dimitrius Collins (guitar) and Andrew Perusi (bass), who have toured and performed live with the band since 2007. Hanson is best known for the 1997 hit song "MMMBop" from their debut album released through Mercury Records, Mercury/Polygram Records, entitled ''Middle of Nowhere (Hanson album), Middle of Nowhere'', which earned three Grammy nominations. "Good Lovin is a song written by Rudy Clark and Arthur Resnick that was a #1 hit single for the Young Rascals in 1966. Original version The song was first recorded by Lemme B. Good (stage name of singer Limmie Snell) in March 1965 and written by Rudy Clark. The following month it was recorded with different lyrics by R&B artists The Olympics, produced by Jerry Ragovoy; this version reached #81 on the Billboard Pop Singles chart. The Young Rascals' version The tale has been told that Rascal Felix Cavaliere heard The Olympics' recording on a New York City radio station and the group added it to their concert repertoire, using the same lyrics and virtually the same arrangement as The Olympics' version. The Xfinity Center (originally the Great Woods Center for the Performing Arts and commonly Great Woods) is an outdoor amphitheatre located in Mansfield, Massachusetts. The Budweiser Stage, originally known as the Molson Amphitheatre, is a concert venue in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
