Alanthus Grove is an unincorporated community in northwest Gentry County, in the U.S. state of Missouri. The community is on Missouri Route B approximately six miles north of Stanberry. Stanberry is a city in Gentry County, Missouri, United States. The population was 1,129 at the 2020 census. History Stanberry was platted in 1879 when the railroad was extended to that point.
