Alamut-e Gharbi District
Alamut-e Gharbi District ( fa, بخش الموت غربی, meaning "Western Alamut District"), formerly Rudbar-e Shahrestan District, is a district (bakhsh) in Qazvin County, Qazvin Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 16,255, in 4,667 families. The District has one city: Razmian. The District has three rural districts (''dehestan''): Rudbar-e Mohammad-e Zamani Rural District, Rudbar-e Shahrestan Rural District, and Dastjerd Rural District. Bakhsh
A ( fa, بخش, also romanized as ) is a third-level administrative division of Iran. While sometimes translated as "county," it is more accurately translated as "district," similar to a township in the United States or a district of England. In Iran, the provinces (first-level divisions) (استان, ''ostān'') consist of several counties (second-level divisions) (شهرستان, ''shahrestān''), and the counties consist of one or more districts (third-level divisions) (بخش, ''bakhsh''). The Tat people of Iran ( Tati: ''Irünə Tâtün'', ) are an Iranian people living in northern Iran, especially in Qazvin province. Tati Language (Iran)
The Tati language (Tati: , ''Tâti Zobun'') is a Northwestern Iranian language which is closely related to the Talysh, Mazandarani and Gilaki languages spoken by the Tat people of Iran. It is, for the most part, mutually intelligible with Persian. Tats are a subgroup of Northwestern Iranians.
