Aki Rahimovski
Parni Valjak (; "steamroller") is a Croatian and former Yugoslav rock band. They were one of the top acts of the former Yugoslav rock scene, and one of the top rock bands in Croatia. Biography Parni Valjak was founded in 1975 in Zagreb. Unlike many rock bands that would come later, their style was becoming more mainstream, becoming closer to pop, especially compared with the bands like Prljavo kazalište or Film. As years went by, their refusal to change their style proved to be an important factor in the band's longevity. Parni Valjak kept a loyal following in 1980s and in 1990s, refusing to allow elements of folk and turbo folk music to become part of their repertoire. Because of that the band enjoys great respect among many Croatian rock critics, being seen as the embodiment of "true" rock and urban culture and many of their songs are considered evergreen in the former Yugoslavia like "Sve još miriše na nju", "Jesen u meni", "Ugasi me" and "Zastave". Bruno Kovačić is a Croatian musician and composer. Biography His career began in the 1980s when he formed the band called D-Day. Afterwards he worked with all the important musicians and singers in and around Croatia as a musician, composer or an arranger. By late 80'a he entered Parni valjak as a guitarist and saxophone player, then performed with Gibonni, Hard Time and Fanny Hill, and he recorded his album "Just Like All Other People" in 2001. He wrote songs for Oliver Dragojević, Ivan Mikulić, Tony Cetinski, Danijela, Vanna, Jacques Houdek, and for his wife Ivana Plechinger with whom he wrote hit songs such as ''To nismo mi'' and ''Kao rijeka'' which scored second on Dora in 2000. Branimir "Johnny" Štulić (born 11 April 1953) is a Yugoslav singer-songwriter, musician and author, best known for being the frontman of the popular Yugoslav rock group Azra. Jurica Pađen
Jurica Pađen (born 3 February 1955) is a Croatian singer and guitarist. He was a founding member of the bands Parni valjak and Aerodrom and member of Azra and Grupa 220. During the 1990s he started his own group Pađen Band. In the 2000s he was also a part of the 4 asa supergroup along with Rajko Dujmić, Vlado Kalember and Alen Islamović. Pađen also participated in the wartime Hrvatski Band Aid, and also appeared on the compilation Rock za Hrvatsku with his war song "Tko to tamo gine" (Who's dying over there).
