is a song recorded by Japanese singer Misia, from her ninth studio album, '' Just Ballade''. It was released by Ariola Japan as the album's sixth single on November 18, 2009. "Aitakute Ima" is the theme song to the first season of the TBS drama series '' Jin''. Background and release "Aitakute Ima" was released five months after the previous double A-side single "Ginga" / "Itsumademo". It is Misia's first Japanese television drama tie-in in five years, since the '' Singer for Singer'' track "Hoshizora no Katasumi de" served as theme song to the CX drama series ''Minna Mukashi wa Kodomo Datta'' (2004). Misaki Itō, commonly known as and stylized as MISIA, is a Japanese singer and songwriter. Born in Nagasaki, Misia moved to Fukuoka at the age of 14 to pursue a recording career. There, she continued her secondary education and briefly attended Seinan Gakuin University before withdrawing to focus on her musical career. She was signed to BMG Japan in 1997, after auditioning for record producer Haruo Yoda. Misia came to prominence following the release of her debut album, ''Mother Father Brother Sister'' (1998), which became the seventh best-selling Japanese debut album of all time, earning her two Japan Gold Disc Awards and one Japan Record Award. Background The single was released simultaneously with the Hoshizora no Live IV Classics tour DVD. It is Misia's first EP-length single, which consists of three other tracks. The A-side, "Royal Chocolate Flush," was written by Misia, composed by Sakoshin and Shusui, and produced by Sakoshin.
