Agrosport de Monte Café is a football club that plays in the São Tomé Island League Second Division. The team is based Monte Café in the southern part of the island of São Tomé. The team is mainly for fans that are from the rural parts of the country. The team never claimed any national, insular and cup titles. History The club was founded in 1990 and participated in the second division, in 2003, the club played in the island cup and advanced up to the first round, the club lost to Marítimo Micoló 6–7, The club entered the island first division in 2004 and returned to the second division after being relegated, the club again appeared in the first division in 2012 but was relegated to the second where the club currently plays today. UDESCAI (União Desportiva Sardinha e Caça de Água-Izé) is a football club that plays in the São Tomé and Príncipe Championship. The team is based in the town of Água Izé in island of São Tomé and plays in Campo de Futebol de Santana in the north, it once played in Pantufo at Campo de Pantufo. History The club was playing in the second division up to 2001. The team has only one insular title and it was in 2004 beating GD Os Operários. The team never won a national and the Taça Nacional de São Tomé and Príncipe titles. In the 2003 national Cup, the club was finalist. São Tomé and Principe Championship (Portuguese: ''Campeonato Nacional'') is the top division of the São Toméan Football Federation. In the current 2021/22 season there are 18 teams participating in two separate leagues - 12 teams from São Tomé Island, whose league has two relegation places, alongside 6 teams from Príncipe Island, which operates as a single division with no relegation. The championship is decided in a match between the São Tomé Island champions and the Príncipe Island champions. The champion heads to the qualifying round of the CAF Champions League each season, for some seasons, there were no participants. Since 1998, the champion competes in the São Tomé and Príncipe Super Cup in the following year. Football Club Inter Bom-Bom is a football club that plays in the São Tomé Island League's Second Division. The team is based in the settlement of Bom-Bom in the district of Mé-Zóchi in the island of São Tomé. Its current manager is Roberto Lomba. History The club was founded by young people on 18 June 1972 in Bom-Bom which was once included as part of the parish of Nossa Senhora de Fátima. Its first athletes wer from 12 to 16 years of age. They became a registered club after independence in 1976 and played its first official matches in the Second Division. From then, the club's trajectory evolved into a more strengthened club. The team has won three titles and is the eight team ever to win their first title in 1995 and was the first club from Me-Zochi to get a national championship honor.
