''Agnidahaya'' (''Fire and Water''; si, අග්නිදාහය) is a 2002 Sri Lankan Sinhala film directed and produced by Jayantha Chandrasiri for Soyanno Films. It stars Jackson Anthony and Yashoda Wimaladharma in lead roles along with Kamal Addararachchi and Sanath Gunathilake. Music composed by Premasiri Khemadasa. It is the 996th Sri Lankan film in the Sinhala cinema. The film won seven golden awards and four silver awards at the Signis International Film Festival 2003. Plot Kirimanike is married to Herath Mudiyanse who is a trader, Sobana a helper to the village black magician/ punchi rale ,is in love with Kirimanke . Kala Keerthi Jayantha Chandrasiri ( ජයන්ත චන්ද්රසිරි; born 1959), is a Sri Lankan journalist, screenplay writer, television director, and filmmaker in Sri Lankan cinema. Chandrasiri's film ''Agnidahaya'' won seven golden awards and four silver awards at the Signis International Film Festival 2003. His two teledramas ''Dandubasnamanaya'' and ''Akala Sandhya'' are rated as two of Seven Iconic Teledramas In Sri Lanka's Television History. Addararachchige Gunendra Kamal (born on 5 February 1962: si, කමල් අද්දරආරච්චි), popularly as Kamal Addararachchi, is an actor in Sri Lankan Sri Lankan cinema, theatre and television, as well as a singer and presenter.
