Aggie Softball Complex
The Aggie Softball Complex was the home to the Texas A&M Aggies softball team from 1994 to 2018. The stadium was dedicated on March 30, 1994. The final game played in the Aggie Softball Complex was April 15, 2018, a military appreciation game, against the Kentucky Wildcats. The record attendance for the complex is 2,341, set on April 27, 2005, versus the Texas Longhorns. Nineteen of the 20 highest attendance numbers were set during the 2005, 2006, and 2007 seasons. The Texas Longhorns softball team represents The University of Texas at Austin in NCAA Division I intercollegiate softball competition. The Longhorns currently compete in the Big 12 Conference. Davis Diamond
The Davis Diamond is a softball facility and stadium in College Station, Texas. It is home to Texas A&M Aggies softball. History After 24 years in the Aggie Softball Complex, the Texas A&M University System Board of Regents approved construction of a new home for Aggie Softball in April 2016. This construction took the form of the Davis Diamond complex. The softball stadium holds 2,000 fans and includes club level seating as well as two luxury suites. The new press box features two radio booths, a TV booth, and a writing press area. The stadium bears the name of Becky and Monty Davis.
