Adriana Maas
Adriana (Ariaantje) Maas (14 September 1702, in Amsterdam – 30 November 1746, in Amsterdam) was a Dutch stage actress. She was the daughter of carpenter Joshua Maas and Valentine Jannetje. In 1727 she married actor Paul van Schagen (1698–1731). Earlier in her career, she was a seamstress and student of actress Adriana van Tongeren. Adriana Van Tongeren
Adriana van Tongeren (ca. 1691, Amsterdam – 13 April 1764, Amsterdam), was a Dutch stage actress. Her parentage is unknown. She married in October 1714 in Delfshaven to actor Jan Hendrik Jordaan (ca. 1683–1749). Their marriage produced two daughters and six sons, three of the sons dying young. She was active at the Amsterdam Theater from 1717–1744, and continued to make guest appearances as late as 1762. She was the leading actress of Amsterdam in her time. Anna Maria De Bruyn
Anna Maria de Bruyn (ca. 1708, Zwolle – buried 28 May 1744, Amsterdam) was a Dutch stage actress and ballet dancer. She was born to the actors Jan de Bruyn (died 1749), and Elizabeth Bleeck (1684–1751). She was active at the theaters of Amsterdam in 1719–1744. Originally employed with her family, she was given an individual contract in 1727.
