Adrian Rochet ( he, אדריאן רוצ'ט, born on March 26, 1987) is an Israeli former footballer and current assistant-coach of Israeli club Ironi Kiryat Shmona. Hapoel ( he, הפועל, lit. ''the worker'') is an Israeli Jewish sports association established in 1926 by the Histadrut Labor Federation. History During the British Mandate of Palestine period Hapoel had a bitter rivalry with Maccabi and organized its own competitions, with the exception of football, the only sport in which all the organizations played each other. At the time, Hapoel took no part in the ''Eretz Israel Olympic Committee'', which was controlled by Maccabi, and instead sought for international ties with similar workers sports organizations of socialist parties. The 2009–10 Liga Leumit was the 11th season since it became the second-tier in 1999 and the 68th season of second-tier football in Israel. It began on 21 August 2009 and ended on 15 May 2010. Changes from 2008–09 season Structure changes League size has been increased from twelve to sixteen teams for this season, teams will thus play a home-and-away round-robin schedule for a total of 30 matches. After the conclusion of this "regular season", teams will be split up into three playoff groups according to their league position. Liga Leumit ( he, ליגה לאומית, lit. ''National League'') is the second division of the Israeli Football League, and below its Premier League. Structure There are 16 clubs in the league. At the end of each season, the two lowest-placed teams are relegated to Liga Alef while the two highest-placed teams from Liga Alef are promoted in their place. The two highest-placed Liga Leumit teams are promoted to the Israeli Premier League while the bottom two teams from Israeli Premier League are relegated in their place. The Israel Toto Cup ( he, גביע הטוטו, ''Gvia Ha'Toto'') is an association football tournament that features clubs in the two highest divisions in Israel: the Israeli Premier League ( Ligat Ha'Al), and the second division Liga Leumit. From 1999 to 2009, the tournament was also open to clubs from the third division, until the cancellation of Liga Artzit. The Toto Cup is the third most important competition in Israeli football after the Israeli Premier League and the Israeli State Cup. 2015 Israel Super Cup
The 2015 Israel Super Cup was the 20th Israel Super Cup (25th, including unofficial matches, as the competition wasn't played within the Israel Football Association in its first 5 editions, until 1969), an annual Israel football match played between the winners of the previous season's Top Division and Israel State Cup. This was the first time since 1990 that the match was staged, after a planned resumption of the cup was cancelled in 2014. The game was played between Maccabi Tel Aviv, champions of the 2014–15 Israeli Premier League and Ironi Kiryat Shmona, runners-up in the league, as Maccabi Tel Aviv won the State Cup final. This was Maccabi Tel Aviv's fifth Israel Super Cup appearance (7th, including unofficial matches) and Kiryat Shmona's first.
