The 2011–12 Toto Cup Al was the thirtieth season of the third most important football tournament in Israel since its introduction and the first under the current format. It was held in two stages. First, sixteen Premier League teams were divided into four groups. The winners and runners-up, were advanced to the Quarterfinals. Quarterfinals, Semifinals and Finals were held as one-legged matches, with the Final played at HaMoshava Stadium in Petah Tikva. It began on 30 July 2011 and ended on 24 January 2012. Ironi Kiryat Shmona were the defending champions, who made it their first Toto Cup Al title overall. On 24 January 2012, Ironi Kiryat Shmona defended the cup after beating Hapoel Tel Aviv in the finals. Group stage The draw took place on 6 June 2011. Toto Cup
The Israel Toto Cup ( he, גביע הטוטו, ''Gvia Ha'Toto'') is an association football tournament that features clubs in the two highest divisions in Israel: the Israeli Premier League ( Ligat Ha'Al), and the second division Liga Leumit. From 1999 to 2009, the tournament was also open to clubs from the third division, until the cancellation of Liga Artzit. The Toto Cup is the third most important competition in Israeli football after the Israeli Premier League and the Israeli State Cup. As it isn't highly regarded, Israeli clubs use the games to rotate their squad and give fringe players and youth players a chance. However, the Israeli Sports Betting Council pays 1.25 million NIS to the winner, while the runner-up receives 950,000 NIS. Liran ( id, Pulau Liran, ) is a small island off the southwest coast of Wetar Island, Indonesia. Administratively it is part of West Wetar District (''Kecamatan Wetar Barat'') within the Southwest Maluku Regency (''Kabupaten Maluku Barat Daya'').
