Adi Said
Adi bin Said (born 15 October 1990) is a Bruneian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Brunei Super League club Kasuka FC and the Brunei national football team. Club career Early career and rise at DPMM FC Adi began his footballing career with Manggis United, coached by former Brunei forward Majidi Ghani. He joined newly-promoted Majra FC in 2007 and played for them in the Brunei Premier League until 2012, when his exploits on the international scene attracted Brunei's sole professional club DPMM FC to sign him for the 2012 S.League season. He scored his first goal for DPMM against Warriors FC on 23 June that year. Adi saw much playing time as a substitute in the following season, but the squad played underwhelmingly and finished in eighth place, costing Vjeran Simunic his job. Rimba, Brunei
Kampong Rimba (from the Malay name, literally translates as 'Rimba Village') is a village on the outskirts of Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei. Warriors FC
Warriors Football Club is a Singaporean professional football club that played in the Singapore Premier League, the top division of football in Singapore. Before changing their name on 20 January 2013, they were previously known as the Singapore Armed Forces Football Club (SAFFC) since their establishment on 16 February 1996. Despite their name back then, not all players from the team came from the Armed Forces. Some were internationals and others were foreign. The club's original choice of mascot was a wolf, but club officials chose a rhinoceros, which represents discipline, spirit, courage and teamwork. 2018 Singapore Premier League
The 2018 Singapore Premier League (also known as the Great Eastern Hyundai Singapore Premier League due to sponsorship reasons) was the inaugural season of the Singapore Premier League, the top-flight Singaporean professional league for association football clubs. The season began on 31 March 2018, and concluded on 3 October 2018. Albirex Niigata (S) won the league and successfully defended their title. Each team will receive $888,200 if they meet key performance indicators that will be made known to them before the March 31 kick-off. This represents a "19 per cent reduction from the 2017 season", but funding for the league has been secured for the next five years. It is the league's first season after rebranding from the S.League to the Singapore Premier League. Rafael Ramazotti de Quadros (born 9 August 1988), sometimes known as just Ramazotti for his Italian heritage, is a Brazilian association footballer who plays as a striker for Gibraltar National League club Glacis United. Club career Before signing with the Japanese club Avispa Fukuoka on a loan, Ramazotti had played in Brazil with several clubs, as well as appearing for a team in Portugal. He made his debut for Avispa Fukuoka in the 6–0 thumping Avispa received at the hands of Kashima Antlers on the 28 August 2011. Woodlands Wellington Football Club is an inactive professional association football, football club which played in the S.League, the top division of football in Singapore. Hougang United
Hougang United Football Club is a Singaporean professional football club that competes in the Singapore Premier League. History Hougang United Football Club was founded as Marine Castle United Football Club, which was formed by Newcastle United fans in the Marine Parade area. Upon successful entry into the S.League in 1998, the club struggled in its early foray in the first few years, finishing in the bottom two for the next four seasons. Marine Castle changed its name to Sengkang Marine Football Club in 2002 and finished in 8th position consecutively, its highest ever finish in its short history. The 2014 Singapore League Cup was the eighth season of Singapore's premier club football tournament organised by Football Association of Singapore, and also known as the 2014 StarHub League Cup for sponsorship reasons. For the second year in succession, National Football League clubs will participate in the tournament. Unlike the previous season where NFL sides had to compete in play-offs to earn the right to represent the league against the professionals, the representatives in this edition qualified through the league positions from last season.
