Abdulai Abanga
Abdulai Abanga (born 25 May 1970) is a Ghanaian politician who is a member of the New Patriotic Party. He is the member of parliament for the Binduri constituency in the Upper East Region. He is the current Deputy Minister for Ministry of Works and Housing and also serve on the Committee on Government Assurance as the Vice Chairman. Early life and education Abdulai was born in Akwatia a town in the Eastern Region of the Republic of Ghana on 25 May 1970 but he hails from Binduri/Bawku in the Upper East Region of the Republic of Ghana. He attended Akwatia L/A Primary School and later continued at Bansi Primary School in Binduri and had his High School at Bawku Junior High School, and later had his Senior High School education at the Ghana Secondary School (Ghanasco), in Tamale. Binduri is a constituencies represented in the Parliament of Ghana. It elects one member of parliament (MP) by the first past the post system. Binduri was part of in the Bawku Municipal District of the Upper East Region of Ghana but has since June 2012 become a full district. Tamale (Dagbani : ), officially called Tamale Metropolitan Area is the capital city of the Northern Region of Ghana. Tamale is Ghana's third-largest city and an emerging investment hotspot in West Africa. It has a projected population of 950,124 according to the Tamale Metropolitan Assembly Official Website.
