Aaron Rai
Aaron Rai (born 3 March 1995) is an English professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour and the European Tour. He has won twice on the European Tour; the 2018 Honma Hong Kong Open and the 2020 Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open. He is one of the few professional golfers to wear two gloves. Professional career Rai turned professional in 2012. In 2014 and 2015 he played on the PGA EuroPro Tour. He won the 2015 Glenfarclas Open after a playoff, finished 5th in the Order of Merit and was promoted to the Challenge Tour for 2016. Rai was 18th in the 2016 Challenge Tour Order of Merit and just missed out on a European Tour place. Matthew Thomas Fitzpatrick (born 1 September 1994) is an English professional golfer. After winning the 2013 U.S. Amateur, he later won his first professional tournament at the 2015 British Masters. In 2022 he won his first major championship and his first PGA Tour event at the U.S. Open. Early life Fitzpatrick was born in Sheffield and attended Tapton School where he sat A-levels in 2013. Morten Ørum Madsen (born 9 April 1988) is a Danish professional golfer. He played on the European Tour from 2013 to 2016, winning the South African Open Championship in late 2013. Early life and amateur career Madsen was born in Silkeborg. He took up golf at the age of 12, and enjoyed a successful amateur career. Adrien Saddier (born 15 May 1992) is a French professional golfer currently playing on the European Tour. Saddier turned professional in 2013. He earned his card on the European Tour for 2014 by playing all three stages of qualifying school. His best finish on tour in the 2014 season was T-6 at the Nelson Mandela Championship in December 2013. He finished 127th on the Race to Dubai and played primarily on the Challenge Tour from 2015 to 2017. The 2017 Challenge Tour is a series of professional golf tournaments collectively known as the Challenge Tour. The Challenge Tour is Europe's official developmental tour and is organised by the PGA European Tour. The Asian Tour is the principal men's professional golf tour in Asia except for Japan, which has its own Japan Golf Tour, which is also a full member of the International Federation of PGA Tours. 2020 European Tour
The 2020 European Tour was the 49th season of golf tournaments since the European Tour officially began in 1972 and the 12th edition of the Race to Dubai. The COVID-19 pandemic had a major impact on the season, with many tournaments being rescheduled or cancelled. All four major championships were affected; The Open Championship was cancelled, and the Masters Tournament, U.S. Open and PGA Championship were moved to dates much later in the year. The 2023 Players Championship was the 50th playing of the Players Championship, having been played at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida from March 9–12. The winner was Scottie Scheffler, who shot a 69 in the final round to finish at 271 (−17) to win his first Players Championship, five strokes ahead of runner-up Tyrrell Hatton. Korn Ferry Tour Finals
The Korn Ferry Tour Finals is a series of three golf tournaments that serve as a means of earning PGA Tour membership for the following season ("Tour cards"). The series, which until 2019 consisted of four tournaments, replaced the PGA Tour Qualifying Tournament in 2013. The Finals take place after the Korn Ferry Tour regular season. In total, fifty players earn cards: the top 25 players on the regular-season standings (known as "The 25") and the top 25 players on the Finals standings (known as the "Finals 25").
