Aalborg Handball ( da, Aalborg Håndbold) is a handball club from Aalborg, Denmark that competes in the Danish Handball League. Aalborg Håndbold play their home games in the Gigantium arena in Aalborg – known as Jutlander Bank Arena for sponsorship reasons. Aalborg Håndbold has won 6 Danish Championships and 2 Danish Cup. In 2021 they reached the final in the EHF Champions League. Kits History In 2000 Aalborg Boldspilklub overtook the licence of the club Aalborg HSH. AaB Håndbold was owned by AaB A/S. AaB Håndbold won the Danish Championship in 2010 with a final victory of 2–1 in matches against KIF Kolding after six free throws in the free throw competition in match 3. Aron Pálmarsson
Aron Pálmarsson (born 19 July 1990) is an Icelandic handball player for FH and the Icelandic national handball team. Career Aron played his first game for FH only aged 15 years old against ÍBV in March 2006. FH won the game 30–28 and the young player managed to score one goal. In the season 2007/08 Aron was one of the key players when FH won the 1.deild and won promotion to úrvalsdeild. Aron scored 130 goals in 22 games. The 2008/09 season was very successful for Aron. Aron scored 115 goals in 16 games. FH finished 5th in the league. He was voted the most promising player, the best offensive player and was selected in the team of the season. He was also selected in the Iceland men's national handball team. After Aron was brought to Kiel, FH awarded him with their Golden award for his successful career with FH. Mikkel Hansen
Mikkel Hansen (born 22 October 1987) is a Danish handball player for Aalborg Håndbold and the Danish national team. Hansen is regarded as one of the greatest players in handball history, and has been named the IHF World Player of the Year for a record-tying three times. Henrik Møllgaard Jensen (born 2 January 1985) is a Danish handballer for Aalborg Håndbold and the Danish national team. He has previously played in PSG Handball, KIF Kolding, Kongeå HK, Ribe HK and Skjern Håndbold. On 25 June 2015 it was announced that Henrik Møllgaard would be joining PSG Handball on a one-year loan contract, due to a long-term injuries with William Accambray.
